Synchronised Swimming

London has only 4 dedicated synchronised swimming clubs in Westminster, Kingston, Bexley and Barnet.

However, there are more opportunities to try this great Olympic Sport. It is part of the National Plan for Teaching Swimming (the curriculum for all learn to swim programmes for children). At levels 8-9-10 of the plan you can try Synchronised Swimming. Some of the key moves such as the egg beater are the same in Synchronised Swimming and Waterpolo.
