Calling all Synchro Swimmers in London under 15
London Swimming is creating a Synchro Development Squad.
We expect to have a squad of approximate 20 swimmers aged 10-14years old. (31st December 2009)

Training could be all over London depending on where we get pool time
We will work in the pool and on land
We will have a specialist come to the sessions to work on a specific thing each session.
You will need to commit to 6-8 training sessions a year? – sessions could be whole days in some cases
The dates we are hoping to get in 2009 are:

26 Sept
17th Oct
14th Nov
You will be expected to work on things learnt in the sessions in your club time
Required Equipment:
o Flippers
o 2 bottles
o Dynobands
Each Session will cost you £10, you must pay for the 4 sessions in advance, if you miss a session there will be no refund.
