Open Water Swimmer and Beijing Olympic bronze medallist, Cassie Patten will deliver a series of 90 minute master classes at London Fields Lido on Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd November.

The master class will see Cassie share her experiences from Beijing and knowledge of endurance training for Open Water & distance swimming.

There will be a variety of sessions to suit different abilities, whether you are a regular swimmer who does 20 lengths or more a session or you compete in long distance, open water or triathlon.  

There will be a selection of times and levels, but places are limited and will be on a first come first basis, so hurry and BOOK NOW!
