International Synchronised Swimming Coach, Elke Sullivan, will be combining her skills in sports science, education and coaching of elite synchro athletes, which she will apply to support the development of synchro in London.  Elke will bring a wealth of knowledge & experience to the camp, taking place on Saturday 25th October, at the Bridge Leisure Centre.

The day will include;

• Educational & practical (wet & dry) sessions
• Motivational & interactive activities to promote participation & enjoyment
• Synchro specific skill evaluations
• Selection for London Development Synchro Squads
• Learning of new skills to apply into own training & club programme
• Personal feedback for athlete & coach

The day has been organised to support the training and development of both London's athletes and coaches, and is the first of it's kind in London.  

Location: Bridge Leisure Centre, Kangley Bridge Road, Lower Sydenham, SE26 5AQ

Date & Time: Saturday 25th October 2008 at 1:30pm-6:30pm

Cost:  £20 per athlete

Coaches can attend free of charge and can also gain CPD points by downloading and completing an evidence of attendance form
